What’s included in each Renova product

Renova offers four core products – each one supports a different stage of the client journey, from sales to servicing.


1. Sales Hub – for sales management

Sales Hub includes everything you need to manage leads and your sales team:

  • Sales Dashboard – metrics on leads, agents, and conversions

  • Leads – pipeline and lead cards

  • Tasks – to-dos linked to leads and clients

  • Carriers – manage insurance carriers

  • Add team – invite sales reps and admins

  • Integrations – connect external services (e.g., WhatsApp)

  • Help Center – knowledge base

  • Company Info – your company details and settings


2. Servicing Hub – for post-sale client service

The Servicing Hub gives your team all the tools to manage insured clients throughout their policy lifecycle. This module is required to run client servicing:

  • Servicing Dashboard – performance metrics for support

  • Payments Dashboard – track collections, overdue payments, and formats

  • Messages – centralized client messages (WhatsApp, email, etc.)

  • Profiles – insured client profiles

  • Policies – manage individual and group policies

  • Tasks – follow-up tasks for policies and messages

  • Renewals – track and manage policy renewals

  • Carriers – insurance providers

  • Plans – packages and included services

  • Companies – employers with group policies

  • Stories – client app announcements and content

  • Chatbot – automatic replies and FAQs

  • Add team – invite support staff

  • Integrations – communication channels and tools

  • Start onboarding – begin client activation

  • Help Center – knowledge base

  • Company Info – your organization’s data

Also included by default:

  • Renova Mobile App – Renova-branded mobile app for insured users

  • Renova HR Interface – Renova-branded HR web portal for companies

    (Both provided in non-branded versions)


3. White Label Mobile App (optional)

Custom-branded version of the Renova mobile app for insured users:

  • Your logo, name, and brand colors

  • Available via App Store and Google Play


4. White Label HR Interface (optional)

Branded HR portal for your client companies:

  • Your logo and brand colors
