How to Track Agent Commissions in Renova

Learn how to assign commission amounts to your agents and track whether each payment has been made.

Renova makes it easy to stay on top of commission payments for your sales agents. Here’s how to properly log and track commissions step by step.


🔹 Step 1: Add Agent and Commission Info in the Lead

Go to the Leads section and open the relevant deal:

  1. In the Agent field, select the agent responsible for the sale.

    Make sure the agent has already been added via Add Team → Add New → Select Agent.

  2. In the Agent Commission field, enter the commission amount.

    Only enter the number, e.g., 200.

  3. In the Commission Payment Status field, select:

    • Pending – if the agent has not yet been paid

    • Received – if the commission has already been paid

⚠️ Important: The deal must be in the Win stage for the commission to be counted in the Dashboard Sales section.


🔹 Step 2: Track Commissions in the

Dashboard Sales

Go to DashboardDashboard for Sales to view key commission metrics:

Total amount already paid

Commission Difference

Difference between assigned and paid commissions


✅ Tips

  • Use the Select commission payment filter in the Leads section to quickly find deals with unpaid commissions.

  • Use the Missing option to filter deals with no commission status assigned.

  • Review commission statuses weekly to ensure no payment is missed.
